01 What is Equitime Chronometer and what is it used for? +
A mobile app for thoroughbred trainers and owners. It records workouts (Breezing and Handily) with total and split times, lets you add photos, video, voice notes and written comments, and share them instantly with the owner.
02 How do I download and install the app? +
It is available on App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Official links are on the Download page.
03 Do I need to register to use it? +

04 Can I use Equitime on multiple devices? +
Yes. With one username and password you can log in simultaneously on multiple devices. Sync is automatic.
05 Do I need internet to use the app? +
For now, yes. The off-line version is in development.
06 Can I edit or delete recorded times? +
Recorded times cannot be edited (to keep record integrity). From the Workout Carousel you can edit photos, video, voice notes and comments. To delete an entire workout, do it from the Workout List.
07 How do I schedule future workouts? +

08 Does the app have notifications? +
Yes. You receive push and email when workouts are scheduled. If you share a horse with a colleague, you will be notified every time they record a training for that horse.
09 How can I share the app with other trainers or owners? +
Directly from the stores (App Store, Google Play) or when you send a workout — the web report includes store links to download the app.
10 Is there technical support? +
Yes. Write to us from the contact form or directly to equitime@stelliscorp.com.
11 Is it safe to store horse and user information? +
Yes. All information is stored on cloud services that meet the highest security and availability standards.
12 Can I export data to analyze it on another platform? +
We are working on this feature for an upcoming version.
13 Where is the privacy policy? +
In the footer of any page on the site, or via the direct link: equitimecronometro.com/privacy. Information is not shared with third parties.
